Our History
Founded in February of 1999, by 3 very determined animal lovers, the mission of the Foundation has remained focused on raising funds and training volunteers to support existing, expanded and new programs for the homeless animals in our community.
FACF has been organized exclusively for charitable, literary, educational or scientific purposes to qualify for tax exempt status under the Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations of the United States. Tax Identification Number: 42-1484935.
