Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center Capital Campaign
FEMA and the City of Iowa City have been working closely with the Iowa City architect to get a new Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center designed. This will be the first step in building a new Animal Center.
Friends of the Animal Center Foundation hopes to launch its capital campaign right after the first of the year barring any delays in the process.
